Sylvester Stallone Signs Contract to Buy Hamptons Home

Don’t be surprised if you see the Stallone sisters – Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet – in the Hamptons soon.

We’ve heard that their father, “Rocky” legend Sylvester Stallone, is set to buy them an exquisitely designed eight-bedroom home in East Hampton, as revealed by Gimme Shelter.

The asking price for the home is close to $24.95 million, and it’s an all-cash transaction, sources say. The sale is not yet closed, meaning the final price is not yet known.

The purchase is said to be causing quite a stir in Palm Beach, where Sly, 77, a Hell’s Kitchen native, and his wife, former model Jennifer Flavin, 55, live as a childless couple in a $35 million mansion.

Spies claim Stallone bought the residence sight unseen after two video tours.

The girls’ move from Hollywood to the East Coast was featured in the second season of “The Family Stallone” on Paramount+.

Stallone even asked Sophia and Sistine, who live in New York, to train with the Navy SEALs to prepare for their big move. Scarlet, who lives in Miami for her studies, was exempted.

This new construction project was designed by interior designer James Michael Howard, known for his impeccable southern charm and style.

The home comes fully furnished, with valuable antiques from around the world, custom furniture, artwork and finishes, and is ready for turnkey delivery.

Everything is custom, from the brass hardware Howard designed to the lighting to the floors and walls hand-painted by artisans, many of whom flew in for the job. Howard even designed the rugs’ patterns and sizes to fit the rooms and had them made in places like Nepal, a source said.

The 11,644-square-foot home is also just a mile from the ocean.

The residence also has its own luxury amenities. It includes a swimming pool and a pool house, all on a 4.5 hectare plot of land.

The home opens to a double-height foyer and dramatic staircase. There is also a great room, a chef’s kitchen with breakfast nook that anchors the mansion, as well as a formal dining room, a family room with a wood-burning fireplace, a radiant-heated mudroom and a master suite.

On the second floor you will find further bedrooms, including a junior suite with balcony. On the ground floor you will find a screening room and further bedrooms.
