The Pittsburgh Steelers are known for having a tough environment for their opponents at Acrisure Stadium, but they have not received good reviews for its facilities.

In an annual poll conducted by Mike Jones of The Athletic, a few players expressed their dissatisfaction with Pittsburgh while voting Steel City as their least favorite NFL road trip.

“I would say Pittsburgh, because their locker room smells like piss,” one player said.

“Pittsburgh. Although that’s my vibe: tough. It’s just that it’s always gray and sunny there,” added another.

Pittsburgh received only 4.1 percent of the vote out of 98 responses, far behind Green Bay, which received 16.8 percent of the vote. Yet those scathing critiques made it clear that players would prefer to avoid a road game against the Steelers.

The team won its only home game so far this season, beating the Los Angeles Chargers 20-10 in Week 3.

The Steelers will look to fully exploit their home-field advantage this week when they host the Dallas Cowboys. Sunday Night Football.
