Jiyi Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Lo Wai Siu will resign from his position as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective June 24, 2024, due to his pursuit of other career opportunities. Ms. Liu Yulan was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, bringing extensive experience in financial management and corporate governance. Trading of the company’s shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited remains suspended until the publication of its annual results for the financial year ended December 31, 2023.
