Frying Fish Club celebrates new channel by giving away 100 free fish and chips, Lifestyle News

Fish and chips are not particularly cheap in Singapore, So when there’s a giveaway for this popular British treat, you might want to pause for a second.

Frying Fish Club is launching its new outlet, located in Sembawang Hills, this Saturday (October 19), giving away 100 fish and chips to 100 customers.

On Monday, the restaurant announced this exciting deal on their social media.

“Be one of the first 100 of the day to enjoy our exclusive Japanese-inspired Fish and Chips for free!” the caption read.


You can’t get too greedy, though.

The terms and conditions clearly state that each customer is limited to one free Signature Fish & Chips, and the promotion is limited to the first 100 customers of the day.

In case you’re wondering, a Signature Fish & Chips costs $18.50 and consists of tilapia served with crispy fries, edamame and yuzu miso sauce.

The draw starts at 1pm and with no reservations allowed, it may be in your best interest to arrive early.

But even if you miss out on this deal, there’s still reason to head to the Frying Fish Club on Saturday, as there’s also an individual promotion at Signature Fish & Chips throughout the day.

Fans of the Frying Fish Club will be pleased to know that the new outpost will be three times the size of its original store on Owen Road.

The new restaurant is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry kids along for a family meal, too.

Japanese-inspired food

Think of Frying Fish Club as a chippy with Japanese splashes.

Local foodies may be familiar with the restaurant and its Japanese-inspired take on a classic British cuisine.

In addition to Signature Fish & Chips, Frying Fish Club also serves Unagi Fish & Chips ($29.50), which is only available from 5pm.

Their menu also includes main dishes like White Corn Tacos ($15) and diners can choose between proteins – from Grilled Fish, Kosho Chicken or Natsu Mushroom and Oyster.

Labeling itself as Singapore’s first NFT and Web3 restaurant, Frying Fish Club is on a mission to want to bring people together, both foodies and technology enthusiasts.
