Greene Co. Murder Suspect Captured and Arrested in Warrick Co.

WARRICK CO., Ind. (WFIE) – Authorities say a Greene County, Indiana murder suspect has been found and arrested in the Tri-State.

According to NBC affiliate WTWO, Joshua Penick was arrested last week in Warrick County.

Authorities say Penick is accused of killing a woman and her 14-year-old son. He is also accused of burying their bodies in a shallow grave near the Bear Run Mine in Sullivan County.

Penick is currently charged with murder, obstruction of justice and negligence causing death.

Court records also show he is charged with possession of marijuana in Warrick County.
