Sefa stressed that the decision regarding the seal is unfair, but that he accepts the decision. According to him, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha wanted the legal proceedings to continue. For him, the decision regarding the seal is explained by the fact that Rama and Berisha still have interests in each other.

Lawyer Indrit Sefa: Sali Berisha wanted to drag out this process. Judge Elona Tore kept the case on appeal for a year without a date. We drew lots, the judge came out and they took him to the Supreme Court. When the court’s decision is made, I will look at it. This work has lasted too long, the Democrats should no longer drag their feet on this issue. Berisha never asked for the file to be expedited. The court’s decision must be respected, whatever it may be. I call the decision unfair, but I respect it. When Berisha has a ruling in his favor, he says it is an oasis of justice, while when justice does not support Berisha, he says it is captured justice.
