Leticia Cline’s Cafe, the Girlfriend of American Pickers’ Mike Wolfe, Offers Outdoor Space and Warm Decor to Customers

MIKE Wolfe’s girlfriend, Leticia Cline, provided a cozy outdoor space and cozy interior design for her cafe patrons.

Leticia, 45, opened Ace Coffee Cafe in her hometown of Cave City, Kentucky on March 30, 2024.

Local cafe Cave City, located just two hours south of Louisville, is at 203 Broadway St.

The two-story brick building, painted black, sits right next to The Dive bar, which has a contrasting, bright aquamarine blue exterior.

Leticia co-owns the bar with her mother, Debbie Passmore, and sister, Shannon Burke.

The cafe features the Ace Coffe logo painted on its facade, positioned just above a large metal awning.

In front of the large windows, a small seating area, complete with wooden patio furniture, is tucked behind a metal fence.

INTERIOR

Inside, Ace Coffee Cafe features a vibrant white, cream and olive green color palette.

The floor is polished concrete and the wood and brick bracing has been cleaned and painted but left exposed.

The café counter is made of beautiful stained wood, where the cash register, espresso machine and pastry display are located.

Under the counter, chips, chocolates and other treats are displayed for purchase.

Behind the coffee bar and above the coffee machines, the cafe menu displays reasonable prices for filter coffee, cappuccinos, lattes and more.

The American Pickers influence is visible throughout the cafe’s interior.

An antique scale, a hand-painted order here, and other unique items are scattered throughout the cafe.

Ace also features several modern touches, including a large leather sofa, comfortable, colorful pillows, and a warm rug.

Vintage wicker chairs and circular bar tables are placed across from a chunky wooden bench, providing more seating for customers.

While the interior creates a welcoming atmosphere, bags of coffee beans, boxes of teas, candles and other products are available for customers on the go.

Ace Coffee Cafe also has a vintage shop opposite the seating area.

OUTSIDE

Outside, Ace provides seating for guests who want to enjoy the fresh air and admire the view.

The building’s natural, unpainted red brick is visible on the side of the cafe from the patio.

A performance stage, complete with lighted marquees and a Cave City sign, is located near the rear of the property.

Standard installed patio furniture is placed on a grassy area while white furniture with a modern design is placed closer to the stage.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Leticia purchased the commercial property on July 16, 2021 for $110,000, according to real estate records.

A photo obtained from Barren County Court shows the exterior of the two-story building built in 1947.

Ahead of the grand opening of her Ace Coffee Café, Leticia gave her Instagram followers a sneak peek inside the store.

She posted a photo of the cafe counter, with the caption: “It’s finally starting to look like a boutique! It was a lot of fun to build/design.

Leticia also shared a photo of the seating area, writing: “I can’t wait to sit here with a nice cup of coffee.”

Ace Coffee Cafe’s Instagram bio says: “Grow. Select. Raise. Educate. Serve more than just coffee.

Leticia lives in Kentucky and often visits her boyfriend Mike, 60, in Nashville, Tennessee.

MIKE’S SUPPORT

The History Channel star showed her support by reposting a video of Leticia while working in the cafe before it opened.

The clip showed Leticia painting, decorating, cutting wires and hanging light fixtures in the space.

“My daughter is the hardest working woman I know,” he captioned the repost.

Leticia also owns the food and drink company Suckerpunch.
