Suspected Minnesota drug dealer arrested during Rochester traffic stop

Rochester, Minn. (KROC-AM News) – A Minnesota man believed by law enforcement to be a drug dealer was arrested with large quantities of methamphetamine and cocaine in Rochester.

The criminal complaint, filed Monday in Olmsted County Court, says law enforcement found the suspected drugs while executing a search warrant on a vehicle shortly before 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

Rochester police stopped the vehicle for a search in the 100 block of 7th Street Northwest. Police identified the driver as Donald Paul Kimber, 44 years old.

Charges say law enforcement was following the Rochester man as part of a drug trafficking investigation and believed he was buying drugs in the Twin Cities and then bringing them to Rochester to sell them .
