Taylor Swift stops show and shouts ‘what’ after being visibly shocked at Eras Tour concert

Taylor Swift was left speechless and visibly shocked during her performance in Cardiff, even stopping in her tracks to soak up the atmosphere of the Welsh capital.

The moment was sparked by the audience’s reaction to his performance of Champagne Problems. She stood for over a minute, taking in the moment, looking stunned.

On the big screen, she was seen mouthing “Oh my God”, then took out her earphone, in disbelief at the noise of the crowd and saying “What?!” She put her headset back on before telling her audience: “This crowd in Cardiff is one for the books. This is different – you’re on another level! I love you so much, thank you for that. You’re so beautiful. – you are so generous to us.”

Swift delivered plenty of surprises during her concert at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Firstly, she drove the audience crazy by opening her set with some Welsh phrases, including an impressive delivery of a full Welsh phrase – “Croeso i’r daith Eras!”, “Welcome to the Eras tour! “

Then one of her dancers shouted “ych a fi!” (“disgusting!”) later in the show, much to the delight of the audience. Meanwhile, a little girl in the crowd was surprised by the megastar herself and had a unique experience, after giving her the iconic 22 hat.

More than 70,000 ticket holders were in the stadium to see the superstar on his only night in the Welsh capital. Hundreds of fans who weren’t lucky enough to get tickets sit outside the stadium and listen to the show. Follow our live updates from the concert here.
