Trailer: Brandy in A24 Horror “Front Room”

A24 has premiered the trailer for the psychological horror film The Front Room, which will hit theaters this fall.

Max and Sam Eggers; the brothers of the famous director of “The Witch”, “The Lighthouse” and “The Northman” Robert Eggers; make their directorial debut on the film which they also wrote.

1990s singer/actress Brandy Norwood, who starred in films like “I Still Know What You Did Last Summer” and “Cinderella,” leads the cast of the pregnancy horror tale.

Brandy plays newly pregnant Belinda, who finds herself forced to take in her ailing and estranged ex-mother-in-law (Kathryn Hunter).

As the evil guest tries to get its claws on the child, Belinda has to draw a line somewhere.

Andrew Burnap and Neal Huff co-star in the film, based on Susan Hill’s 2016 short story of the same name.

“The Front Room” hits theaters on September 6.
