Kate O’Keeffe’s flight home from Toronto canceled with just six hours’ notice

An Irish Aer Lingus passenger said she was left stranded in Toronto after her flight was canceled with just six hours’ notice.

Kate O’Keeffe, from New Ross, Co Wexford, was presenting at a conference in the Canadian town and was due to return home at 5.30pm local time on Sunday. She received a message around 11:20 a.m. announcing that the flight had been canceled.
