Her boyfriend Jeffrey Earnhardt is a fourth-generation NASCAR driver and nephew of driver Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Musi died following her cancer diagnosis

Musi tragically passed away on June 27 at the age of 33.

She rose to fame following her role in the series The Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings.

Musi revealed his diagnosis last year, just before deciding to step away from the show.

Her father confirmed that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer before her death.

Musi and Earnhardt began dating in late 2023, following her split from racer Kyle Kelley.

She had shared a heartfelt message about her boyfriend in a Facebook post on January 26.

Musi praised him for his love and support towards her.

“I found a man when I least expected it, on top of going through the worst time of my life… he didn’t mind and he’s loved me unconditionally ever since…” she wrote.

“Hair, no hair…sick or not, he’s seen me at my worst…Getting lots of calls telling me how beautiful and strong I am, talking on FaceTime without my wig on and complimenting me anyway …

“I am so grateful to you and it must be said.”

Musi also shared three images of the young couple together.

This post wasn’t the only time Musi gushed about her partner.

She also shared a picture of them celebrating Easter together on her Facebook page.

The runner also posted a photo of the couple at a concert in April.

Announcement of the death of Lizzy Musi

Musi’s father, Pat, shared the news of his daughter’s death on Facebook Thursday evening.

“Surrounded by her family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25pm tonight. Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout her battle. At this time, the family would like time to reflect, grieve and make peaceful arrangements. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information to share.”

“Such a memorable date night last weekend!” » she wrote in the caption of the post.

His heartbreaking death was shared in an online statement by his pen and door-slapper legend Pat.

“Surrounded by her family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25pm tonight,” he wrote in a Facebook post.

“Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout his fight.

“At this time, the family would like time to process their grief and make arrangements in peace.

“We will keep you updated as soon as we have information to share.”

Musi also shared a heartbreaking video a few weeks earlier.

This clip was about his years-long journey with cancer, The US Sun previously reported.

She had already shared several photos and kind words about her boyfriend.
