Albion Crown VCT Share Repurchase and Cancellation

Crown Place Monitoring Center (EN:CRWN) released an update.

Albion Crown VCT PLC has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 1,660,110 ordinary shares at 29.01 pence each, which constituted 0.55% of the total voting rights of the Company prior to the transaction. Following the transaction, the issued capital of the Company comprises 345,515,332 ordinary shares, of which 299,727,340 shares carry voting rights as a result of the treasury holding of 45,787,992 shares. This decision may impact shareholders’ notifications of their interest in the Company in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
