The passenger grabbed a cable from the back of the SUV and wrapped it around an ATM near the front door.

The driver then drove forward, tearing the dispenser in two. That’s when, police say, the passenger attached the cable to the bottom half of the dispenser and tried to pull it out, but was unsuccessful.

Police are unsure whether the passenger is male or female, but the suspect is described as being of medium to tall build. The person was wearing a white cloth, possibly a T-shirt, over his face. He was also wearing white socks and black sandals.

The driver never exited the SUV and the license plate was removed from the vehicle.
