EKEDC announces major system upgrade for better customer experience

Lagos, Nigeria – October 18, 2024 – Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) is pleased to announce a significant system upgrade to its All-In-One (AIO) sales platform, aimed at improving customer service customer and speed up purchases of electricity tokens. The update will begin on Friday, October 18, 2024, and must be completed by 6:00 AM on Monday, October 21, 2024.

During this period, customers will not be able to purchase or load electricity tokens. We ask all customers to purchase sufficient meter credits and top them up immediately before downtime to avoid any disruption.
