Coldplay headline as fans shocked by breakfast cost

Glastonbury festival Day four of 2024 has officially begun, but attendees will have to conquer breakfast before they can dive into the music.

The price of items on the breakfast menu will be enough to wake up tired festival-goers. A blackboard menu displayed on the floor showed a bacon and sausage baguette costing £8.50 – and even went up a pound if you wanted to add an egg.

A combo of all three costs £11, while caffeine lovers will have to fork out an extra £3 for tea or coffee.

On the headliner side, Coldplay will succeed Dua Lipa, who rocked the festival on Friday on the Pyramid stage with a series of hits, impressive choreography and several outfit changes.

Artists including Jessie Ware, Keane, Little Simz and Cyndi Lauper will also perform at Glastonbury today and a mystery surprise guest will perform in the Woodsies tonight. Who do you think it is?
