Prince Harry and Meghan Markle send message to Catherine, Princess of Wales, after cancer diagnosis

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have shared a message for Catherine, Princess of Wales, following the news of her cancer diagnosis.

After weeks of intense speculation, Kate Middleton, as she is still commonly known, uploaded a video to social media and television channels confirming that “cancer was present” in diagnostic tests carried out after the abdominal surgery she underwent in January. She explained that she is undergoing chemotherapy as a preventive measure.

In a statement to the press, Harry and Meghan said: “We wish Kate and the family health and recovery, and hope they can do so privately and in peace.”

King Charles III, who himself is currently suffering from cancer, released a statement via Buckingham Palace which read: “Her Majesty is very proud of Catherine for the courage she has shown in speaking out as she did it. »

Charles and Camilla “will continue to offer their love and support to the entire family during this difficult time.”

In her announcement video, Kate explained that she is “doing well and getting stronger every day” and that she remains focused on “the things that will help her heal” in “mind, heart.” body and mind.”
