Footage shows the moment teenagers who murdered 15-year-old boy realize they have been arrested

Chilling footage shows the moment three teenagers were charged in connection with the death of another teenager.

In 2011, 15-year-old Seath Jackson was brutally murdered by a group of youths.

Jackson had been lured into a mobile home by his ex-girlfriend Amber Wright, also 15 at the time, and was ambushed.

Wright and Jackson had been dating for about three months, but he suspected she was cheating on him with 18-year-old Michael Bargo. With this in mind, tensions persisted between the two teenagers for months.

Then, in April 2011, the teens began planning Jackson’s murder.

Jackson was lured by the hope of a reconciliation with Wright. When he got to where she told him to go, he was viscously beaten and shot – Bargo being the one who pulled the trigger.

Jackson’s body was later burned and his ashes were placed in paint containers.

Bargo was later sentenced to death for his role in the killing and remains on death row, while his four co-defendants – Wright, his brother Kyle Hooper, 16, Charlie Ely, 18, and Justin Soto, 20 – have been charged with first-degree murder.

Chilling footage shared on TikTok shows the moment Wright, Hooper and Ely learned their fate, and were told: “You are all going to be charged with first-degree premeditated murder.”

Watch it here:

Marion County Sheriff’s Office Detective Rhonda Stroup explained how the two juveniles in the group would be sent to the juvenile assessment center, while the adult would go to the Marion County Jail.

They were then told: “Take a deep breath. You will have no connection. You won’t go out. Listen to me, everyone, take a deep breath. »

When one of the teens tries to say that they “really didn’t do anything,” Stroup responds, “No, no, no. You know, but you did.

“Look, first of all, let’s get over this hurdle right now – the ‘We really didn’t do anything’ hurdle – because everyone is complicit here.

“One person died, one person was murdered. »

All defendants were sentenced to life in prison for Jackson’s murder.

In 2020, after nine years in prison, Ely was released after pleading to a lesser charge.

James Havens – the ex-boyfriend of Amber Wright’s mother – was accused of helping the teens dispose of the remains and pleaded guilty in 2018 to accessory to murder, receiving a 10-year prison sentence.

Bargo became the youngest inmate on Florida’s death row, with the Supreme Court upholding his sentence in 2021.
